So one of my goals, not resolutions this year is to do a better job on keeping up with my blog. As I said before, for a while I couldn’t download pictures, (and that is really what this blog is about), and I was really busy getting all the projects everyone wanted before Christmas, done. So here are a few of the things we worked on in October, November and December. A lot of these I already posted on Facebook, but I am going to go ahead and put them on the blog.
This was for an office, we created Faux Hobbled Roman Shades with banding, reupholstered 2 office chairs and made a couple of lumber pillows with the leftover fabric. Designed by Holly Blumeyer.
This window was in a closet and we created a soft Balloon Valance with a beautiful striped cushion for the window seat along with a couple of pillows. Designed by Holly Blumeyer.
Sorry about the blurriness of this photo. This was a Shirred Scalloped Valance and we also reupholstered this club chair, and we replace both the seat and back cushion with new foam, so the client could get in and out of the chair easier. Designed by Holly Blumeyer.
I also re-upholstered this antique rocking chair and the client was very happy!
These windows were in the same home as the floral valance and chair above, they were in the living room of a retirement home that belonged to a very lovely older couple. I hadn’t made Swags and Cascades for some time, but they came out beautifully and the fabric was very lovely to work with. Also Designed by Holly Blumeyer.
The next few projects were designed by JCR Design Group
This is a contemporary Cornice with a banding at the bottom that we installed into a half bath.
Cream Colored Drapes with blue banding and covered buttons.
Love the details!
Beautiful Floral Drapes with just a touch of blue banding at the top.
That little bit of color really makes the difference!
This was a beautiful wall of Sheers and a couple of French Door Sheers. They provide privacy but still let in the light.
There are a couple more large projects that we finished before the holidays, but I will save that for later! Thanks for stopping by!
