Finally I am writing about a project I installed after we got back from our trip. This was another great project that we crafted for JCR Design Group. We worked previously with them on several other projects in this same home.
Living Room Cornices with contrast banding and Drapes.
Dining Room Drapes with Contrast buttons and banding at the top.
Family Room Drapes with Contrast buttons.
So the next step was the Kitchen, laundry room, and mud room which was completely gutted and redesign with the guidance of Jenny Rapp. Earlier this year I posted a couple of pictures on my FB Business page of some of the fabrics we were using in the rooms.
They were beautiful fabrics, the grey blue fabric was a linen, so used a stabilizer on the back, so it would grow and shrink with the humidity. The Coral Floral and solid she used in the newly designed mud room.
I love the Coral ceiling, a perfect pop of color!
The next room was the laundry room, when I installed the faux hobbled roman valance, the room was not completely finished. It still had cabinets to be installed.
Jenny chose a woven blind to go under the valance for privacy.
The kitchen was next. Jenny selected the same style as in the laundry room.
Lots of careful measuring on this window was needed due to all the molding and cabinet doors involved. I mounted in on a smaller board so the cabinet door on the right could open all the way, and we raised as high as we could, so it would work with the other window in the room.
This room came out beautifully! I wish I had before pictures, because you wouldn’t even recognize it.
I love the lights, they are like the jewelry in the room, the perfect touch!
Thanks for stopping by! I have more to share so hopefully will find time to post!
Would love to hear from you!
